Two first-half goals in quick succession delayed Brighton & Hove Albion’s wait for their first Women's Super League points of the season, as they were beaten 2-0 by Chelsea at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Hope Powell’s side restricted their high-profile opponents after the break, but earlier strikes from Fran Kirby and Erin Cuthbert ensured maximum points would go to the Blues.
Geoff Penn was in London to capture the action for Albion.
