REGIONAL TALENT CLUB COACHES

Albion are recruiting for regional talent club coaches.
Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now offering an exciting opportunity for a number of talented and experienced individuals to join a team of highly committed coaches in one of the country’s leading female football clubs.
 
We have a number of age group specific head and assistant coaching positions that we are currently recruiting for. Applicants must be an FA licensed coach with a minimum of a UEFA B certificate in Coaching Football. The successful candidate must have completed their FA Youth Award for Module 1, 2 and working towards their Module 3.
 
These roles will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating high quality football sessions to challenge and develop players. These sessions must be in line with the FA Regional Talent Club Tier 1 licence programme and Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club’s syllabus and must be innovative and engaging for the players. 
 
Successful candidates will hold valid FA Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency Aid certificates. This is a part-time role based on a zero hours’ contract, however candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days. These roles will be based at our world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.
