Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a recruitment analyst (domestic) to join our well-established analysis team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the analysis needs of the player recruitment process are met and will be tasked with carrying out background research into potential players of interest across domestic leagues.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who is looking to further their career within a professional football environment. The post holder will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated team of knowledgeable and talented analysts.
Candidates must have a degree in a related discipline and have excellent knowledge of English football down to the Conference. Successful candidates must have at least 2 years full time experience (not including internships) in performance or recruitment analysis at a professional football club.
Applicants must have an excellent tactical understanding of football and be comfortable discussing this with various members of staff. Successful candidates will also possess excellent general IT skills and have a meticulous attention to detail in all areas of their work.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be flexible with regards to working hours and must be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. This is a permanent role and the successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible. This role will be based at our world-class training facility, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.
