Bid On Signed Albion Shirts And Support Aitc

By Richard Morris • 29 November 2018

Albion in the Community is auctioning off a selection of signed shirts from Brighton & Hove Albion’s game with Wolverhampton Wanderers last month at the Amex Stadium.

The Premier League match, which ended in a vital 1-0 win for Chris Hughton’s team, also saw generous Albion fans show their support for AITC by donating more than £35,000 to the club’s official charity.

As in previous seasons, AITC is now auctioning off a number of shirts issued to the team for that game, including home shirts signed by Bruno, Jose Izquierdo, Shane Duffy, and club captain Bruno.

Also available are shirts signed by England international, Lewis Dunk and AITC’s official ambassador, Maty Ryan.

AITC has 13 shirts in total, including home and away tops signed by the entire squad. The other shirts now open for bidding were issued to: Dale Stephens, Alireza Jahanbakhsh, Beram Kayal, Yves Bissouma, Gaetan Bong, Solly March, and Anthony Knockaert.

And the charity is also offering one young fan the chance to walk out with their Albion heroes as a mascot at the Boxing Day home game with Arsenal.

The mascot place, which includes match tickets for one adult and one junior in the West Lower and a replica Albion kit to wear on the day and take home, is part of an online raffle, with entry available in return for a donation of just £5.

Money raised from the auction and raffle will help fund AITC’s award-winning work across Sussex.
