Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now offering an exciting opportunity for matchday staff to join our Supporter Services team.
We are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our supporters.
The Supporter Services department is a dynamic contact centre which is the main point of contact for our dedicated supporters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with customer service experience to apply their skills in a new environment or develop their skill-set to the next level in the Premier League.
We are looking for inspiring and creative individuals who can bring their personality into the role and engage with our fan base. You will need to demonstrate a real passion for delivering excellent customer service, be confident when taking care of the public and have the ability to enter data accurately in pressurised situations.
You will be flexible with hours and available to work all of the Albion home fixtures throughout the football season, which will include some weekends, evenings and public holidays. Additional hours may also be available to help us cover busy periods throughout the season.
Due to the way in which fixtures fall, this role will only suit those who are resident in Brighton and the surrounding area all year.
