Brighton & Hove Albion take on Yeovil Town in their final fixture of 2018, as the Seagulls look to qualify from Group One South in the FA Continental Tyres Cup.

A win for Hope Powell’s side would guarantee them second place in the group and qualification for the quarter-finals of the competition.

Albion’s hopes were boosted last week after the 5-1 victory over Women’s Championship side Crystal Palace.

Kate Natkiel's brace alongside goals from Sophie Perry,  Jodie Brett and Fliss Gibbons sealed an emphatic win and, with other results going their way, a leap of two places above both Palace and Tottenham Hotspur.

Opponents Yeovil Town sit bottom of Group One South with a solitary point, which came from a draw followed by a penalty shootout defeat against London Bees.

Most recently, the Glovers were beaten 7-0 by group leaders Chelsea to end any faint hopes of qualifying.

The teams have also met once in the league this season, with the Seagulls winning 2-1 to give them their only league win of the season so far.

Albion supporters can follow a live text blog on the Match Centre, with a match report to go online shortly after the full-time whistle.
