FLEXI-3 COMPETITION WINNER ANNOUNCED!

18 December 2018

Paul Hazlewood
Albion's game against Crystal Palace was one of the chairman's selections.

Congratulations to Brighton & Hove Albion fan Will Potter who has won our Flexi-3 competition and will receive a signed shirt from the first-team squad!

Fans were asked to select their favourite three matches from the Amex era on social media, using the hashtag #flexi-3, and any fan whose selection matched that of chairman Tony Bloom, would be chosen at random to win the signed shirt.

The chairman has now revealed his selection, and Will selected the same three matches.

Albion 2-1 Doncaster Rovers - 6th August 2011

The Seagulls marked their long-awaited first-ever competitive match at the Amex with this dramatic victory, courtesy of Will Buckley’s two late goals.

Billy Sharp gave the visitors a first-half lead with 39 minutes played, but substitute Buckley struck twice in the final ten minutes, the second of which came deep into stoppage time, to seal an unforgettable win.

Albion 2-1 Wigan Athletic - 17th April 2017

Albion’s return to the top flight for the first time in 34 years was confirmed following this 2-1 victory over the Latics.

Glenn Murray put the Seagulls in front with a crisp strike from the edge of the area, before Solly March doubled the advantage in the 65th minute. Nick Powell struck late on to set up a nervy final five minutes, but Albion held on for three points.

Jubilant scenes ensued at the final whistle, and promotion was mathematically guaranteed after Huddersfield Town were held to a 1-1 draw by Derby County later that same day.

Albion 3-1 Crystal Palace - 4th December 2018

Albion claimed another memorable derby-day victory at the Amex with this scintillating 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace.

All three Albion goals came in an incredible opening 45 minutes, which saw Glenn Murray, Leon Balogun and Florin Andone on the scoresheet, despite being reduced to ten men following Shane Duffy’s sending off.

Palace captain Luka Milivojevic scored a late consolation with ten minutes remaining to take some gloss off the scoreline, but the Seagulls held on for all three points.

The Flexi-3 is on sale now - the offer allows fans to book three Premier League home games of their choice, with a cost saving against the combined cost of the matchday ticket price and membership.

These packages are now available to buy, until Monday 24th December at 1pm, and are limited in availability.  We do expect them to be extremely popular — therefore they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
