Picking up a point at Burnley was a decent way to end an excellent week, according to Albion captain Lewis Dunk.
After victories over Tottenham Hotspur last Sunday and Liverpool in midweek, Albion ground out a draw at Turf Moor.
Dunk was on the scoresheet for the third time this season, expertly guiding home from Pascal Gross' corner.
“It was about time I hit the target, I always seem to head against the defender in front of me!” Dunk joked. “But it's great to add another goal to the tally and 1-1 was a fair result in the end.
“We didn't come out of the traps quickly enough in the second half, they were right at it and deservedly scored. In the end it was good defending that stopped them getting another one – it was a tough afternoon.”
Robert Sanchez was in inspired form and at times kept Albion in the game with some brilliant stops.
“Rob pulled off some good saves,” his skipper said. “Burnley know their game plan and executed it well, they put our goal under pressure and Rob had to be at it to make sure they didn't get a second goal.
“We've taken seven points in seven days and if you'd have offered us that at the start of the week I would have snapped your hand off.”
