FIVE LOANEES FEATURE OVER WEEKEND

Ben White was named Newport's man of the match.

A number of Brighton & Hove Albion players were in action for their loan clubs over the weekend, from League One to the National League South.

Ben White was voted Newport County’s man of the match for a third game since joining the Welsh club, but the Exiles were beaten 1-0 by Exeter at Rodney Parade.

Rohan Ince made his second appearance for Bury, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 defeat to Scunthorpe United at Gigg Lane.

Richie Towell came off the bench late on to make his Rotherham United debut, as the Millers secured a 1-0 win over Portsmouth at Fratton Park.

Jordan Maguire-Drew and Tom Dallison were both unused substitutes, with Lincoln City drawing 0-0 at home to Luton Town, while Accrington Stanley won 2-1 against Morecambe at the Globe Arena.

In the National League South, Bailey Vose helped Eastbourne Borough to a 4-2 home win against Chippenham Town, while Archie Davies played 86 minutes in Whitehawk’s 2-2 draw against Poole Town at the Enclosed Ground.
