Albion in the Community’s popular Seagulls Santa Dash is taking place again this year.
The annual festive family fundraiser is now in its third year and sees participants run or walk around the American Express Community Stadium.
Adults are given a blue and white Santa suit to take part in, while the first 100 children to sign-up will receive an exclusive Brighton & Hove Albion Christmas scarf that is not available to buy in the club shop.
Finishers are also given a goody bag and a medal after completing the 2.1k route, which also takes in part of Station Approach.
This year’s dash takes place on December 3 – the same day as the club’s Young Seagulls Christmas Party.
Entry to the Seagulls Santa Dash is just £12.50 for adults and £10 for Under 16s. Free parking is available at the stadium from 1.30pm and registration for the dash begins at 2pm. Gully and Sally, the club’s mascots, will also lead a group warm-up.
Money raised through the Seagulls Santa Dash helps fund AITC’s inclusive football sessions for people with a disability and its other work across Sussex.
Last year AITC worked with more than 30,000 people and now runs 60 different programmes.
