Brighton & Hove Albion return to action on Saturday when they travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United. Here are a few stats to whet your appetite ahead of the game.

  • SIX OF THE BEST? – Chris Hughton’s men are in fine form and if they can avoid defeat at Old Trafford then they’ll make it six games unbeaten in the top flight.
  • ALBION’S AWESOME FOURSOME – Dale Stephens, Davy Propper, Lewis Dunk and Mathew Ryan have all played all 1080 minutes of Premier League football across the Seagulls’ debut season in the top flight so far.
  • NINE IS FINE FOR THE HOSTS – Saturday’s opponents have won all nine of their home matches so far in all competitions. They’ve scored 26 times and conceded just twice.
  • TWENTY FOUR YEARS – Since Albion and the Red Devils met – an FA Cup tie at Old Trafford in 1993 that ended 1-0 to the hosts.
  • THIRTEEN ALL ROUND – Albion have netted 13 but also conceded that same amount in the league so far this season – how Hughton’s men would love the former column to read a higher figure come 5pm on Saturday!
  • TWO BLANKS – Jose Mourinho’s men have failed to find the net on two occasions so far this term – against Liverpool and Chelsea respectively.
