Over the coming months, a library of Brighton & Hove Albion programmes will build up, a season at a time, until a comprehensive record of all post-war programmes are accessible on

The PDF programmes will be viewable online, as we work back through the years, starting with last season’s historic promotion-winning campaign to the Premier League.

On 1st September 1945, the first home programme since the end of World War 2 was an eight-page programme printed on flimsy paper - a consequence of post-war rationing.

Since then, the programme has grown in size, content and quality, with the final matchday magazine from last season’s memorable campaign being a 132-page ultra-professional production, celebrating the club’s rise to England’s top flight.

With the programme changing year upon year, we hope you enjoy looking back through the club’s programme history, as you reminisce about the incredible journey from the Goldstone Ground to the Amex.

To view the PDF programmes, starting with last season, visit the Programme Archive page under Club Info.

Credit must also go to Albion supporter Ian Hine, who had a big role to play in producing this archive for the club's official website.
