Albion's defender has been called up to Martin O'Neill's squad once again.
Brighton & Hove Albion defender Shane Duffy has been called up to Republic of Ireland’s squad for upcoming matches against Mexico, Uruguay and Austria.
The 25-year-old will join up with his team-mates for a training camp in Cork, before an international friendly against Mexico at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Thursday 1st June.
Duffy will then travel back to Ireland for another international friendly against Uruguay on Sunday 4th June, before a World Cup Qualifier versus Austria on Sunday 11th June, with both games at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
Elsewhere, Solly March and Chuba Akpom, on loan from Arsenal, have been selected to attend a training camp for England’s under-21 side, as Aidy Bothroyd’s team prepare for the upcoming Uefa Under-21 European Championship Finals.
Albion under-23 player Jordan Davies has also received an international call-up, with the 18-year-old set to feature for Wales in the Toulon Tournament in France. Davies will join up with his team-mates on Wednesday 24th May.
