ALBION GIRLS' RTC TO HOLD OPEN TRIALS

9 May 2017

The trials will be held for next season's squads.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s Girls’ FA Regional Talent Club (RTC) are holding open trials ahead of the new 2017/18 season.

These trials will be held for players to become part of an RTC club. In April 2016, the FA awarded Brighton and Hove Albion RTC tier 1 status, the highest level currently available in terms of the delivery of elite girls’ football development, and held by only 12 other clubs.

This season saw a total of four players being selected by England, and nine players attend both regional and national performance camps.

As well as these successes within the RTC programme, three players have been involved with the first-team squad, competing in the FAWSL Spring Series. Two of these girls are now full Wales senior internationals

We will be running trials for all age groups (Under-10s, Under-12s, Under-14s and Under-16s) at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre and the trial dates are listed below:

Under-10s and Under-12s: Tuesday 13th June 2017,  6pm-7:30pm
Under-14s and Under-16s: Wednesday 14th June 2017, 6pm-7:30pm

Further trial dates have been arranged for those players asked to attend a second session and these dates are as follows:

Under-10s and Under-12s: Tuesday 27th June 2017,  6pm-7:30pm
Under-14s and Under-16s: Wednesday 28th June 2017, 6pm-7:30pm
