Albion's under-23s are in Premier League Cup action today.
Brighton & Hove Albion’s under-23s take on Huddersfield Town in the last 16 of the Premier League Cup at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre this afternoon, kick off 1pm.
The Seagulls progressed to the knockout stages of the competition as winners of Group E, and will need to overcome the Terriers in order to book their place in the quarter finals.
Albion opened the group stage with an emphatic 7-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at home, before winning 3-1 against West Ham United in East London.
A 1-0 victory over Leicester City at St George’s Park extended the winning run, but Forest inflicted Albion’s first defeat with a 2-1 victory on the road.
Back-to-back wins clinched Albion’s place in the knockout stages as group winners, as they beat the Foxes 2-0 at the Checkatrade.com Stadium, before finishing with a comfortable 3-0 victory against the Hammers.

Huddersfield finished second in Group G with two victories, one draw and three defeats. The Terriers recorded clean-sheet victories away from home against Ipswich Town and West Bromwich Albion.

Please note that as this is a cup game, there will be no free entry for Albion season-ticket holders. All tickets must be purchased in advance, and no sales will be available on the day.
