The Albion women's interim manager looks ahead to tonight's cup final.
Interim manager George Parris has warned his Brighton & Hove Albion players to guard against complacency ahead of tonight’s Sussex Women’s Challenge Cup Final with Crawley Wasps at Culver Road, kick-off 7.15pm.
Parris knows that tonight’s opponents will relish the occasion and he is aiming to rotate his squad for the county’s showpiece match.
He said: “We take every game on its merits and the message will be to make sure there are no slip-ups.
“We are most probably favourites but, as we know, favourites can get beaten.
“We've only had one game this month, with the Doncaster game postponed, so this is an opportunity to play some of the first-team squad who have not been starting games.
“It makes good sense to utilise the squad we have got for this game.”

The Albion manager also reviewed his side’s mixed start to the season, and reflected on the positives of a goalless draw with Millwall Lionesses last time out.
“We were delighted with a point at Millwall, but it was disappointing we did not get one goal to reflect our performance.
“It was the first clean sheet in the Spring Series so we can’t be too disappointed.
“I think we can break teams down but we need to make sure we are a tad more clinical when we get chances.”
Admission on the turnstiles for tonight’s game at Culver Road is priced at £5 for adults (17+), £3 for concessions (over-65s and students with a valid student ID card) and free for under-16s.
