Ahead of Brighton & Hove Albion’s debut season in the Premier League, changes have been made to improve the Seagulls Priority Loyalty Scheme.
Changes have been signed off by the board and allow the club to fairly allocate tickets for a number of high demand away matches in the Premier League.
The club will continue to use the scheme for the 2017/18 season, but importantly, will introduce two separate loyalty tiers and types of points: one for season-ticket holders and one for members.
Essentially, season-ticket holders' points will be more valuable than those awarded to members - and the season-ticket tier will receive first priority on high-demand away matches.
Changes have been made to give greater priority to season-ticket holders, who will now also be awarded extra points for their length of time as a continuous season-ticket holder, and continue to receive additional points for their attendance at away matches and home cup games.
All supporters' points have been recalculated based on the amended scheme. These are now showing online at seagullstickets.com.
