Programme covers from the 2012/13 Championship season.

Now available on the Programme Archive are the 28 issues of 'Seagull' that came during Brighton & Hove Albion’s second season at the Amex Stadium - a campaign that almost ended in promotion.

The season began with an exciting pre-season friendly against Roberto Di Matteo’s Chelsea, who had beaten Barcelona and Bayern Munich en route to winning the Champions League just a few months beforehand.

Thanks to goals from Vicente, Ashley Barnes and Andrew Crofts, the Seagulls recorded a 3-1 victory over the Blues, with the likes of Frank Lampard, John Terry, Edin Hazard and Fernando Torres all featuring for the visitors.

It proved to be the first game of a busy Amex schedule, with there also being two FA Cup games, another pre-season friendly, and an agonising play-off defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace come the end of a promising season.

Despite the way the campaign finished, there were plenty of memorable moments along the way, including the entertaining 3-2 FA Cup defeat to Arsenal, a 6-1 thrashing of Blackpool and a 3-0 derby-day victory over the Eagles.

There was an increase in programme content after just eight matches of the season, with Seagull increasing to 92 pages from the original 88 that went before.
