Former Brighton & Hove Albion boss Micky Adams has opened up about this two contrasting spells at the club in an exclusive sit-down interview with Seagulls TV.

Adams had one enormously successful spell with the Seagulls at the turn of the millennium, guiding Albion to the old Division Three title in 2001, before moving on to the Premier League with Leicester City.

Adams returned to the Withdean in 2008, but his second tenure was disappointing, and he was relieved of his duties in February 2009.

In this in-depth interview, Adams reveals the key to his early success with the Seagulls and opens up about his ill-fated return.

As part of Seagulls TV’s free video promotion this Christmas, the 15-minute feature is free to view by registering for a FREE PASS.
