Albion have recruited "Here to Help" staff.

Brighton & Hove Albion have recently recruited Matchday Here to Help staff, who are on hand to assist supporters on arrival at the Amex Stadium.
The five individuals are all season-ticket holders and huge fans of the club. They work outside the stadium and around the ticket office and station approach, as well as the coach park and the visiting supporters entrance, and are available to answer visitors’ enquiries.
One of the recently recruited individuals is Ken Valder, a long-term supporter of the Albion, who is full of enthusiasm for his new role.
“The club got in touch over the summer asking for Here to Help staff, and so having supported the club for 50 years I thought I’d get in touch,” he said.
“Our first game was against Stoke City and the five of us who are there on matchdays direct people where to go and help answer any questions they may have – we have very distinguishable jackets.
“My first game supporting the Albion was a 0-0 draw against Swindon Town, some 50 years ago. The club’s come such a long way and to be in the Premier League is just fantastic.
“I’m so proud of the Amex and like to be able to show it to people when they visit, whether that’s away fans, first-time visitors or the supporters we’re increasingly getting from overseas.
“To be able to do this job and showcase our ground is fantastic.”
This initiative has recently become a best practice example in the Premier League and anyone wishing to apply to become part of the ‘Here 2 Help’ matchday team should click here.
