Brighton & Hove Albion fans have the chance to see both the men’s and women’s squads being put through their paces at our open training session at the Amex on Tuesday 15th August.

The stadium turnstiles will open from 9.45am, with the men’s team taking to the field at 10.30am. Following the men’s session, the women will take to the field and the activities on the pitch will draw to a close around 1.45pm.

Breakfast and lunch items will be available in the concourse kiosks, with concourse activities taking place before and during training.

The event will be hosted by Richard Reynolds and Anna Bingham with interviews and videos throughout, as well as our ever-popular golden ticket competition, where those in attendance can win prizes and experiences throughout the day.

The stadium superstore will be open from 9am, with our brand-new home and alternative shirts available to purchase. The ticket office will also be open.

This family event is free to all Young Seagulls members, Bronze members and season-ticket holders, and this year will be bigger and better than ever before! Non-members can register as a Bronze or Young Seagulls member to access the event. Full details of membership options can be found at

Youth football teams, sports groups and other youth collectives wishing to attend can do so as a team.
