Those watching the game in hospitality are being encouraged to wear blue and white.
Brighton & Hove Albion will relax the 1901 Club dress code for the next two games, as the club seeks to clinch promotion to the Premier League.
Albion need seven points from their final five matches, to ensure promotion to the top flight, and the club has called on supporters - wherever they are - to show their colours as part of the club's 'We Can Do This... Together' campaign.
Members and their guests will be able to wear replica shirts and scarves - although please note that the rest of the dress code will remain in place for the matches against Wigan Athletic and Bristol City.
Smart jeans or trousers, along with shoes, smart boots, trainers or canvas shoes must still be worn, please note shorts and flip-flops are not permitted.
Hospitality guests dining in HB's Restaurant are still be required to wear shoes; trainers will not be permitted in dining areas, but are permitted to wear a replica shirt.
Paul Barber commented, "We relaxed the dress code for last season's playoff against Sheffield Wednesday, and a few 1901 Club members have asked if we will do the same for the last two games of the season, as we try to secure promotion to the Premier League.
"We are happy for members to wear their replica shirts and scarves for the matches against Wigan and Bristol City, as we want to show as much support as possible to Chris Hughton and the team.
"We also remind all members to ensure that any guests attending matches are also aware of these restrictions to avoid any embarrassment on the day."
