Brighton & Hove Albion’s under-18s returned to winning ways on Saturday with a 3-1 victory over Swansea City at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
Goals from Max Sanders, Luis Garcia and Danny Mandroiu sealed an impressive victory over the South Wales side, with Liam Cullen on target for the visitors.
Sanders broke the deadlock with 14 minutes on the clock, with a well-taken free-kick from just outside the box.
Albion doubled their advantage just four minutes later when Garcia ended a free-flowing team move from David Ajiboye’s cross.
Cullen gave the Swans a foothold in the game after he reacted to a poor defensive clearance and lobbed Seagulls keeper Tom McGill.
But O’Sullivan did play a key role in Albion’s third and final goal, as his through pass found Mandroiu, who slotted the ball home.
