Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now recruiting for a Commercial and Hospitality Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for those individuals with drive and ambition to further their career within a sporting environment.
We are looking for an approachable and proactive individual with a “can do” attitude to assist with building and maintaining our corporate relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to all incoming business enquiries and selling the full commercial inventory, to include match sponsorship and hospitality to existing and new customers.
This role will involve achieving and exceeding annual service, sales and retention targets whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, a proven track record of consistently delivering excellent customer service and working to and exceeding sales targets. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and produce written communication of a high quality.
We are looking for individuals who can bring their personality into their role and engage with our corporate customers. The successful candidate will need to be flexible with working hours required within a football environment, which will include all home matchdays.
