Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is now recruiting for an apprentice to join our high-performing club. This is your opportunity to join a successful marketing team who recently won ‘best marketing initiative – non premier league’ at the 2016 Football Business Awards.

The successful candidate will be trained to assist the marketing department in its daily work and identify new marketing trends to maximise campaign effectiveness. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to explore a career within a sports environment and develop their skills within a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual who possesses a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude to engage with all BHAFC departments and the wider community. As part of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate with obtain a Level 3 diploma in Creative and Digital Media which will involve 28 days off site training over the 15-month contract.

Applicants must have a minimum of a GCSE (grade C or above) in Mathematics and English and have a high level of computer literacy. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract and the salary will be in line with recommended apprentice and national pay scales. 

Due to guidelines surrounding apprenticeships, we cannot accept applications from those with a degree or degree level qualification.
