Albion's shot-stopper has received more international recognition.
Brighton and Hove Albion goalkeeper Niki Maenpaa has been called up to the Finland squad for their upcoming international friendlies against Norway and Poland.
The 31 year-old, who has 25 caps for his country, has been named in the squad to face Poland in Wroclaw on Saturday 26th March and Norway in Oslo on Wednesday 30th March.
It is the first time this year that the shot-stopper has been called up to the national team, after he was not included in the squad that faced Iceland in January.
