ALBION TO FACE ITALIAN GIANTS

28 June 2016

Albion's final pre-season opponents have been confirmed.

Brighton & Hove Albion will host Italian giants Lazio at the Amex in their final match of pre-season ‪on Sunday 31st July‬, kick-off ‪3pm‬.

The mouth-watering friendly will enable Albion to make their final preparations ahead of the new EFL Championship campaign, which begins with a visit to Derby County the following ‪Saturday, 6th August‬.

Lazio, who finished 8th in Serie A last season, will become the latest European side to visit the Amex following pre-season friendlies in recent years against Villarreal and Sevilla.

They have three players who are part of the Italian squad at the European Championships: goalkeeper Federico Marchetti and midfielders Antonio Candreva and Marco Parolo.

Tickets go on sale online via www.seagullstickets.com ‪at 2pm on Tuesday 28th June‬, and will then be available ‪from 9am on Wednesday 29th June‬ via the Albion Booking Line on ‪0844 327 1901‬ (calls to this number are charged at seven pence per minute plus your network access charge).

Supporters will need a paper ticket, and are strongly advised to use the online print-at-home option when purchasing.

Please note that tickets cannot currently be purchased in person during the ticket office summer closure period.
