Brighton & Hove Albion are currently seeking expressions of interest from companies wishing to tender for the provision of waste management and window cleaning services at both the American Express Community Stadium, and the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
The American Express Community Stadium is one of the most exciting venues on the south coast for meetings and events. The stadium boasts 30,000 seats, ten stunning lounges, six concourses and outside space for activities. All lounges have state-of-the-art equipment including built in PA systems and wireless internet access throughout the stadium.
In addition to first-team matches, the stadium has also played host to Rugby World Cup and England Football internationals.

The American Express Elite Football Performance Centre (training ground) in Lancing is already recognised as one of the top training facilities in the UK. The training ground caters for the needs of the first team, under-21, academy and women's players.
The criteria for academies are set out in the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) by the Premier League. The training ground meets the criteria for a category one academy.
