All you need to know ahead of tonight's game.

Brighton & Hove Albion welcome Leeds United to the Amex tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.
Once again, due to another large attendance, the club is encouraging fans to arrive early for this fixture, as public transport and the park & ride facilities are expected to be busier than usual for an evening fixture.

Matchday travel update

Owing to the ongoing industrial dispute at Southern Rail, Brighton & Hove Albion have the made the following contingency travel plans ahead of tonight’s match with Leeds.
The club will also publish updated information on Friday if and when it becomes available.
Please note that wherever possible, all fans are advised to get to the stadium as early as possible regardless of how they are travelling.

Brighton & Hove Albion fans attending the match against Leeds United are advised that Southern will be operating a service, but cannot guarantee the full details as yet due to the ongoing industrial dispute.
Fans planning to attend the match by train are strongly advised to check the Southern website before travelling to the game.

Park & Rides

The three park & rides at Mill Road, the University of Brighton and at the Racecourse will be open as usual at 5pm.
Additional buses have also been booked at all three sites to cope with the increased demand.
All of the parking spaces at the Sainsbury’s West Hove site have now been booked, however fans can still walk up and use the bus service, but must book their seats at

Car Parks

Please note that all spaces at the Bridge (Car Park B) have completely sold out, but a limited number of spaces are still available at Sussex University (Car Park C) and can be booked at
Car Park B (The Bridge) has sold out for this fixture. Additional parking spaces are still available to book at Car Park C (Sussex University) at Those that plan to use the Sussex University site must enter via Stanmer Park, as there will be no entry via Knights Gate at Falmer.

Drop Offs & Pick-ups after the match

There will be no pick-ups or drop-offs along Village Way, due to the large volume of buses and coaches and additional TV broadcasting vehicles.
Therefore the club will be opening car park 5 (within Car Park C) at Sussex University by the sports hall, to enable fans to be dropped off and picked up before and after the match.

At the time of writing, we have a very limited number of tickets remaining for this fixture. Supporters wishing to attend will require a purchase history and FAN number in order to secure a seat.

Upon arrival

Dick’s Bar and the 7 Stars Sports Bar will be open from 5pm. In the Fanzone we have Stone by Window performing on the bandstand, and the Hop Bar will be open for fans arriving early.

Due to popular demand, the club’s catering partner Sodexo are continuing their early bird offers of any food item and any alcoholic drink for £8, or any food item and any soft drink for £6. These offers are available in the stadium concourses from 6.15pm until 6.45pm.
Piglets Pantry’s Christmas Pie and the Veggie Sausage Roll are the guest items for this game.


Stadium Superstore

The Albion advent offer for the day is a hat, scarf and glove combo for just £20,and will certainly help keep you warm for the winter evening games at the Amex. The day’s offer will be available in the stadium superstore and online at
Personalised scarves ordered earlier this season are available for collection at tonight’s fixture.

The 7 Stars Sports Bar

Fans can book their spaces in the 7 Stars Sports Bar for Friday’s game for £12. The pass includes lounge access from 5pm.
A free pool and football table are both included in the lounge, with a pay bar serving a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks, as well as a kiosk-style bar menu.
The pass also includes a free matchday programme, and visitors in the lounge can take advantage of a more relaxed dress code, allowing trainers and replica shirts to be worn.

1901 Club

1901 Club members are reminded that tickets can be collected from the new 1901 Club members’ office, located opposite North Stand reception. The 1901 Club lounges will be open from 5.15pm.
For this fixture, the club’s catering partner Sodexo will be running an early bird offer throughout the 1901 Club lounges for those arriving early. 1901 Club members will receive a free pint or soft drink for under-18s with every burger ordered before 6.15pm.
The club would like to remind hospitality guests dining in HB's Restaurant that they will still be required to wear shoes; trainers will not be permitted in dining and hospitality areas.
Members are reminded that they and their guests can wear collared shirts, including polo shirts, and smart jeans, trainers, and canvas shoes are permitted.
Please note, replica shirts (under-16s are allowed to wear a Brighton & Hove Albion replica shirt), ripped jeans, shorts, non-collared t-shirts, and flip-flops are not permitted. 

After the match

With the visit of Leeds United being the last home game before Christmas, 1901 Club members can enjoy a little festive cheer after the game with a live band performing in the Mayo Wynne Baxter lounge from 10.30pm.
The after-party will feature 2 Rude – the UK’s number one Ska tribute band.
The outfit play the music of The Specials along with Madness, The Beat and many others. The group has played with the likes of Roddy Byers of The Specials on several occasions and supported other top outfits from the Ska era.

All 1901 Club members are welcome to join in the festivities in the lounge, with the party coming to an end at 11.45pm. Members are advised that 1901 Club lanyards need to be worn to gain access.
