Tonight's game has been postponed due to adverse weather conditions.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s match against Cardiff City tonight has been postponed due to fog.

The match was called off after consultation between match officials and both clubs, ahead of the decision.

Referee Christopher Kavanagh said, "We found in the last hour that it got worse and we had to take Cardiff into account. We all wanted to get the game played, but unfortunately the conditions beat us."

Further information, including details of the rearranged game, will be confirmed in due course.
