Brighton & Hove Albion under-21s play their final match of the season against Aston Villa tonight at Villa Park, kick-off 7pm.
The Seagulls will be aiming for back-to-back victories following a 3-0 win over Stoke City at the Amex on Friday 8th May, and under-21 coach Simon Rusk wants his side to build on that impressive result over the Potters.
He told, “It’s a big game and the season is not over for us.
“We’re still training very hard and had some of the hardest training sessions we’ve done in a while. We’re very focused on the task at Aston Villa and we want to finish the season strongly.
“I’m a big believer that as a player, you always remember your last game going into the summer break.
“You don’t get a game the week afterwards to build on or put right your last performance, as you have two months without a game.
“I always say to the players to finish the last game on a high as it gives you that extra two to three per cent when you come back into pre-season.”

Rusk has named Christian Walton in goal for tonight’s clash against the Villains, while Ben White is set to partner Tom Dallison in the heart of Albion’s defence.
James Tilley has kept his place in the starting line-up after scoring in the 3-0 victory over Stoke at the Amex.
A report of tonight’s match will be published on
ALBION (probable squad): Walton (GK), Hunt, Starkey, Rea, Dallison, White, Ward, Hutchinson, Deen, Tilley, Harris, Akindayini, Doherty (GK), Davis, Muitt, Barnett.
