- Kellan Gordon and a brace from Offrande Zanzala secure victory for Derby
- The Seagulls end their season away at Wolves on Saturday
Brighton and Hove Albion's under 18s were defeated by Derby County on Saturday for the second time this season.
The Rams, who defeated Albion 2-0 in the FA Youth Cup earlier this campaign, recovered from a goal down to beat the Seagulls 3-1 at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
Daniel Ajiboye gave the Seagulls the lead in the 15th minute when he picked up the ball just outside the box following some poor Derby defending, beat an opponent and then smashed home the opener into the bottom corner.
But the Rams levelled the scoreline after 28 minutes, when Kellan Gordan was played through on goal and the midfielder beat Albion keeper Bailey Vose from close range.
Offrande Zanzala gave Derby the lead in the 35th minute, after he skipped past his marker before calmly slotting the ball past Vose with a left-footed strike.

In comparison to the first half, the second 45 minutes was far quieter. Despite some strong spells of possession, Albion were unable to pull themselves back into the game, and ended their final home game of the season with a defeat.
