Rearranged: The game was rearranged to Tuesday night following Reading’s progression into the FA Cup sixth round.

Edgy: Recent games between the two sides have been closely-contested affairs, with just eight goals scored by both teams combined in the last five meetings.

Andrew: Albion midfielder Andrew Crofts scored the last time Albion beat Reading, 1-0 in an FA Cup third round tie in January 2014.

Draws: Three of the last four meetings between the two sides have ended all square, including a 2-2 draw at the Amex in December 2014.

Inigo: Albion’s longest-serving player, Inigo Calderon, scored a last-minute equaliser in the Boxing Day draw at the Amex.

Nottingham: Albion pipped Reading to a play-off place on the final day of last season, as Leonardo Ulloa’s stoppage-time header secured a 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest.

Greg: Albion loanee Greg Halford had a brief spell with Royals between January and June 2007.
