Brighton & Hove Albion head into the festive period with six games in the space of 25 days, as the halfway mark to the season rapidly approaches.
Chris Hughton’s men continued their remarkable unbeaten start to the season throughout November, beating a club record and equalling Queens Park Rangers’ Championship run of going 19 league games without defeat.
Five of Albion’s fixtures this month are against teams in the top half of the Championship table, including second-placed Derby County and third-placed Middlesbrough.

But the month begins with a match at home to Charlton Athletic on Saturday; a team lying just one point and one place above the relegation zone.
Up next is a tricky trip to the iPro Stadium on Saturday 12th December, to face Paul Clement’s high-flying Derby. The Rams have won five of their last six Championship games and are also unbeaten in each of the last four home games against Brighton, winning three and drawing one.
Albion are on the road again three days’ later, but closer to home on this occasion, when they face QPR in front of the Sky Sports cameras at Loftus Road, kick-off 7.45pm.
The West Londoners have made an inconsistent start back to life in the Championship following their relegation last season and currently sit 12th in the table with 23 points from 18 games.
Hughton’s men are back at home the following Saturday 19th December to face Middlesbrough in an early 12.30pm lunchtime kick-off, also shown live on Sky Sports.
The Albion manager will be heading back to where it all began for him as boss, when the Seagulls face Brentford at Griffin Park on Boxing Day. Brighton secured a 2-0 FA Cup third round victory in Hughton’s first match in charge in January, and Albion will be aiming for a similar result again.
The last action of 2015 comes on Tuesday 29th December, when Ipswich Town visit the Amex. Albion will be looking to complete a league double over the Tractor Boys following a 3-2 win at Portman Road in August.
