FERRET'S WOLVES TIPS

31 December 2015

Match: Albion v Wolves

Prices: Albion 23/20, Wolves 12/5, Draw 23/10 with SkyBet

Last-time out: Albion succumbed to only their second defeat of the season, losing by a solitary goal to Ipswich. Meantime, Wolves won 2-0 away at Charlton.

Form: Albion remain comfortably inside the play-offs in fourth place, eight points clear of seventh place.  The victory over Charlton gave Wolves back-to-back victories for only the second time this season. They currently lie in 11th place, well adrift of the play-offs, but well clear of relegation.

LATEST NEWS FROM SEAGULLS.CO.UK

Result: The odds of 23/20 are again too short a price to be investing in the outright market, and value is thin on the ground elsewhere.  However, looking at the half-time outcomes,  an Albion 2-1 lead is a long looking 25/1 and while that demands three goals before the break, we are due some first half action!  Brighton to win by two goals is 6/1 and that would be just the tonic to start 2016.

Goalscorer tips:
Andrew Crofts (12/1) catches the eye. The midfielder has been a prolific scorer in the past and perhaps is overdue a goal.
