FA CUP THIRD ROUND DRAW TONIGHT

7 December 2015

Brighton & Hove Albion will find out their fate when the FA Cup third round draw is made this evening at 7pm.

The cup draw is arguably the most eagerly anticipated of the season, as all 44 clubs from the Premier League and Championship enter the competition.

Brighton are ball number eight in tonight’s draw, which takes place at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff.

Albion could be pitted against anyone from the Premier League to the Northern Premier League, as a total of 32 ties will be drawn out.

The Seagulls were drawn away to fellow Championship side Brentford in the third round last season, as two late goals from Lewis Dunk and Chris O’Grady secured a 2-0 win in Chris Hughton’s first game in charge.

A memorable fourth round home tie against Arsenal followed, and Albion ran the Gunners close in a narrow 3-2 defeat.
