New Brighton & Hove Albion season-ticket holders and fans who have moved seats or changed age bracket will be sent a new season smartcard ahead of the new season.
The majority of smartcards should now have arrived, however season tickets bought in the last seven days should arrive no later than Thursday.
Fans who have any problems with their new smartcards are urged to contact Supporter Services on 0344 324 6282 or email email@example.com as soon as possible prior to matchday.
