A new season means a new-look Seagull, the club’s matchday programme, and your 84-page perfect bound copy is a must read for Albion fans young and old.
Aside from all the latest news, views and interviews, we will be including a super 32-page ‘Retro Albion’ section each issue, which this week focuses on opening-day Albion games from the past, including the much-fabled top-flight debut against Arsenal back in 1979, Mansfield at Withdean in 1999 and the opener at the Amex four years ago.
Also included in this issue are plenty of Goldstone memories and imagery, a kit launch to remember and we trace Albion and Nottingham Forest players from the past in our ‘Frozen in Time’ section.

A delve into our programmes of the past has provided a must-read Q&A with Graham Moseley, while Malcolm Poskett looks back at the game against the Gunners and his career in blue and white.
"Brighton, the club and the fans, gave me marvellous support while I was down there,” recalled Malcolm. “It meant the world to me and made me an incredibly happy person. I just can't believe, thinking back to the Arsenal game, that it was 36 years ago!”
Bringing us right back up to date, we speak to the club’s new signings – which of course includes an in-depth chat with Bobby Zamora! – and there are new season messages from Chris Hughton, Tony Bloom and Paul Barber, plus much, much more!
But don’t just take our word for it, ask Malcolm: “The Retro Albion section sounds like a cracking idea – and it was nice to be asked to contribute to the first issue. I also like the sound of the Q&A with my old team-mate Graham Moseley. Don’t miss it!”
Tonight’s Seagull will be available in and around the Amex Stadium, priced £3.50.
