Brighton & Hove Albion players have offered a helping hand to Albion in the Community (AITC) by creating a film promoting ‘Smoke Free Me’ - a new online ‘stop smoking’ programme that’s FREE to Brighton & Hove residents.
Devised by psychologists at Brighton-based ‘Do Something Different’ and the Brighton NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, the initiative is designed to help you combat your personal habits around your smoking before you decide to quit.
The six-week programme has a great track record in helping people who have tried everything else to actually quit and remain tobacco-free. The programme can be viewed on your phone, tablet or PC.
