LuaLua, who hit the net for his second goal of the season in the 3-0 win over Burton Albion, want to become a constant present in the Finn’s first eleven.
He told seagulls.co.uk, “The style suits me, it suits everybody. This season, for me, is great, it is great for everyone.
“Every season is different, but everybody is enjoying the new system and we will get used to it; once it starts working fully I am sure we will score a lot of goals.
“Obviously the gaffer puts the team out to try and win the games. Then we have to do a job, work hard for the team and try and do our best.
“I try to play the way I have been playing this season, treating each game as normal and when I get a chance try to play well,. If I am in the team on Saturday then I am, but I just have to play the way I play.
“The cup game was a normal game for me like every game; when you get a chance you have to take it.”
The Congolese winger was also delighted to add to his goal tally and is now looking forward to the fourth round tie against Premier League Tottenham Hotspur.
“There was just one thing on my mind, run with the ball, cut inside and shoot. I do it all the time and I had one thing on my mind and it was nice to see the ball in the back of the net.
“Spurs will be a good test for everybody, to face a Premier League side. Obviously we are all buzzing to be through to the next round but it will be tough at their place, but we just have to enjoy it and make the most of it and try to win.
