Brighton & Hove Albion defender Adam Chicksen has joined Gillingham on a one-month loan.
Manager Sami Hyypia said, “Adam has shown a great attitude and worked hard this season and he has produced a number of good performances in both the league and cup competitions.
“When the opportunity for him to go to Gillingham arose, we thought it would be good for his development to play regular first-team football.”

This is the second loan spell of Chicksen’s career, after featuring in three games for Leyton Orient during his time at MK Dons.
The defender has featured in all four of the Capital One Cup ties, while his most recent appearance in the Championship came in the 1-1 draw at Huddersfield last month.
Chicksen joins the Kent club on a temporary basis after making eight first-team appearances for Albion this season.
