Brighton & Hove Albion winger Jeffrey Monakana has agreed a long-term loan deal with Aberdeen.
The 20-year-old, who completed his medical at Pittodrie today, joins the Scottish Premier League side until the 5th January.
Albion’s head of football operations David Burke said, “This is a great opportunity for Jeffrey to go to a successful, well-run club, and to play for one of the top teams in the SPL.
“He came back to us for pre-season training looking sharp and it was no surprise to us that several clubs were interested in taking him on loan.
“His best chance to break into our first-team squad is to go on loan, play as many games as he can and enjoy his time with Aberdeen, and I'm sure he can come back to us with more experience and as a better player.

"We are confident that Derek McInnes and his staff can get the best out of him and we wish Jeffrey well for his loan spell.”
Monakana signed for Albion from Preston North End during the January transfer window earlier this year, but has yet to feature for the first team.
He made four substitute appearances for Crawley Town while on loan at the Checkatrade.com Stadium at the end of last season.
