PRE-MATCH BRIEF: ALBION V BOLTON

22 August 2014

We look forward to hosting Bolton Wanderers tomorrow; Sami Hyypia is expecting another high-tempo affair and wants his team to build on Tuesday’s 2-0 win at Leeds.

Liverpool starlet Joao Teixeira, Danny Holla, Paddy McCourt and Joe Bennett have all joined the club since our last home game and the four could make their Amex debuts tomorrow, as the club continues to strengthen the squad. Andrew Crofts also returns from his three-game ban.

Supporters are reminded that the ticket collection kiosk is still housed in the new temporary ticket office; this is located opposite the superstore, on the external concourse.

All of the latest team news will be available via www.seagulls.co.uk throughout the build-up to the game, and via our official Facebook page, Twitter feed @OfficialBHAFC and Instagram feed (@officialbhafc).

New Pre-Match Entertainment
Albion fans will have the first opportunity to get a taste of our new pre-match entertainment at the Amex tomorrow, which will be headlined by Brighton-based band Rory Indiana, who will be playing a set from 1.30pm on the new stage located outside the Brighton & Hove Albion Superstore. Food and alcoholic beverages will be available alongside the entertainment as part of our new fanzone area.

The Brighton Golf Lab in the East Stand has a nearest-the-pin competition between 1.30pm and 2.30pm, with a special prize on offer to the winning fan.

Meanwhile, Dick’s Bar will be open from 11.30am with the Seven Stars Sports Bar opening from midday. Both will be showing live football before and after Albion’s game. From 12.15pm Ipswich Town v Norwich City and Newcastle United v Aston Villa; and post-match Everton v Arsenal kicking-off at 5.30pm.

Please note: with external catering now available, our concourses will open at the slightly later time of 1.30pm this season.

We have new products arriving every week in the new Brighton & Hove Albion Superstore, and this week newbies include a retro bag range, club footballs and stationery sets – while the new Nike training and replica kit is proving very popular.
