Pre-Match Brief: Albion v Watford

28 October 2013

Tonight Oscar Garcia’s side host Watford at the Amex – kick-off 7.45pm.

Being the first day of the half-term holidays, it’s Fright Night at the Amex so look out for our special Halloween themes around the stadium.

There are still tickets available for the game, with under-16 tickets prices from just £1 when purchasing with a full-paying adult or over-65. This offer does end at midday today though. Click here to buy online.

We will also have five special prizes to be won by five under-16s who attend the game. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, so look out for the winners on the website, Facebook and Twitter. Click here to see the prizes on offer.

All the latest team news, travel details and any further match information will be available at, on our official Facebook page and via the club's official Twitter feed @OfficialBHAFC in the build-up to the game. Plus check out our YouTube channel for free post-match interviews and highlights, if you haven’t already.

Finally, we encourage any of you who have experienced direct debit failures to pay off the outstanding fee in advance, otherwise your smartcard will be blocked at the turnstile on the night.

Travel Guide... Parking Available
Car parking is available at the Bridge Car Park, just a few minutes' walk from the Amex, priced £15 on the night. Remember, if parking is booked online or via the ticket office, in advance of our postal cut-off, it is available for £13.

You can also book travel via our travel partners Seagull Travel, who pick up from points in all major Sussex towns – and even further afield.

Alternatively, our full travel service is in operation for the match, with the trains, buses and park-and-ride services included in the match-ticket package. For park-and-ride customers who will be arriving after 6pm, we strongly advise you to use the Mithras House (postcode BN2 4AT) or Brighton Racecourse sites (postcode BN2 9XZ), where we have excellent capacity and a swift service.

With all midweek games, we advise you to arrive as early as possible.

Food and Drink
Tonight’s special pie will be a Halloween pumpkin vegetarian pie. Elsewhere, we have the new Kids’ Meal Deal Boxes available from the Family Stand, in the East Stand lower.

We have a meal deal with three items for £7 in all kiosks. This includes a hot food item, soft drink and a bag of crisps OR Duo chocolate bar. It’s an extra £1 to upgrade to an alcoholic drink.

The guest ale for this fixture is Traitors’ Gate from the Fuller’s Brewery, which will be available from the North 3 and West lower 1 kiosks, while Guinness will once again be available in the West lower concourse as per last season, from a mobile unit.
