Full-time: Albion hit five past Portsmouth in Spain. Hoskins, Sparrow and Vicente put Albion 3-1 up at half-time, which Vincelot and Agdestein added to during the second period. Vicente played a part in four of the goals.

87: Ashley Barnes hooks a snap-shot goalwards, but the ball curls the wrong side of the left post.

85: Craig Noone tries his luck from distance but substitute goalkeeper Jordan Perez collects without too much trouble.

73: Portsmouth first team coach Ashley Westwood - playing at centre-half - is lucky not to be sent-off for a reckless lunge at Romain Vincelot. He is shown a yellow card.

62: GOAL! Agdestein makes it five for Albion. Will Hoskins played a low cross from the right and the young striker got the ball first, and his strike bounced in off the post.

55: Jed Wallace plays a lofted ball to the back post and Ankergren, Elphick and Aston all went for the ball: Ashton won the header but the ball ricocheted wide for a corner.

48: GOAL! Albion fast out of the blocks in the second half too. Vicente whips in a free-kick from the right and Vincelot heads the ball past Preece at the front post.

Half-time: It took just 11 minutes for Albion to take the lead through Hoskins, then Sparrow and Vicente made it 3-0. Portsmouth pulled a goal back through Dan Thompson.

45: GOAL! Portsmouth pull a goal back on the brink of half-time. Lloyd sam plays a dangerous cross from the right and substitute Tompson turns the ball past Ankergren from close range.

35: GOAL! Vicente gets his name on the scoresheet this time. The former Spain international picks the ball up around the halfway line, drives towards the Pompey box and drills the ball into the top right corner.

24: Portsmouth create their best opportunity thus far. Izale McLeod latches onto a long ball behind the Albion defence and rounded Ankergren, but Tommy Elphick recovers to hook the ball to safety.

23: GOAL! Vicente sets up a second goal, this time executed by Matt Sparrow. The Spaniard plays a squad ball to his midfield partner, who arrows the ball into the bottom left corner from 20 yards.

20: Liam Walker has Ankergren scrambling across his goal. The pompey midfielder unleashes a stinging effort, which fades past the Albion's keeper's right post.

11: GOAL! Will Hoskins opens the scoring. Vicente slides the ball through from midfield and Hoskins fires the ball across goal and into the bottom left corner.

2: Albion come close early on. Vincelot's shot is saved and Agdestein's strike goes narrowly wide.

0: Albion's first game in Spain begins against south-coast neighbours Portsmouth, and Gus Poyet names Spanish duo Bruno and Vicente in the starting line-up.
