Graham Potter has praised the character and application of his players ahead of Sunday’s trip to Tottenham Hotspur.
The boss stressed the importance of maintaining that work ethic and attitude when he spoke to the media on Thursday.
He said, “We have to believe that we can win any game - I’ll always maintain that.
“The challenge as a club and as a team is having the humility to understand the competition that we are in.
“The players are fantastic; we have one of the youngest groups in the league and are going through a process of trying to establish ourselves in the most difficult league in the world.
“We have to understand that every game is one we have to fight and do our best in and always respect the opponent.”

“Our opponents this weekend have plenty of talent. I have great respect for Jose Mourinho, he’s started to put his stamp on the squad, and they’ve been very impressive.
“They have a good clarity to what they want to do. Jose is up there with the greatest coaches in the game and so we know we’ll be facing a well organised side.”
