Leandro Trossard claimed his second start for Belgium on Wednesday night.

Six Albion players added to their international appearances last night in an evening of mixed fortunes in the UEFA Nations League.

Leandro Trossard impressed on his second start for his country, getting an hour under his belt in Belgium's 2-1 win over Iceland. Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku grabbed both goals for the Red Devils as he continued his impressive form for Roberto Martinez’s team.

Aaron Connolly, Jayson Molumby and Shane Duffy all started for the Republic of Ireland but Stephen Kenny's side fell to a 1-0 defeat away to Finland.

Connolly added a fifth cap to his name, having made his debut for his country this time last year.

Michal Karbownik came on for the final 20 minutes of Poland’s 3-0 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina, with Robert Lewandowski firing in a brace.

The Netherlands drew 1-1 with Italy in their UEFA Nations League Group A match, as Joel Veltman played the final 15 minutes.
