This replaces the previous contact numbers for Supporter Services, Mail Order and other club numbers that began with 0344, 0844 and 0845.
We are pleased to make this change in response to feedback from fans that these numbers, which were being charged at above local rates, were no longer suitable for the number of calls we now receive from mobiles.
Whilst the vast majority of supporters book tickets and merchandise online, there are still a number of occasions where supporters want to pick up the phone, and we really hope those people see a benefit from this change. Supporters will now only need to dial the one number to reach all the main areas of the club based at the Amex:
Option 1 for Supporter Services, Ticketing, Membership, Season Tickets
Option 2 for the 1901 Club and Hospitality
Option 3 for the Shop
Option 4 for Club administration and AITC
