The Seagulls will be aiming to follow up Saturday’s 1-0 win at Norwich City when they take on the league champions.
A first-half strike from Leandro Trossard was enough to give Albion three points at Carrow Road that moved them onto a tally of 36 – nine clear of the relegation places with five games to play.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool picked up a 2-0 home success over Aston Villa on Sunday thanks to second half goals from Sadio Mane and substitute Curtis Jones.
The Seagulls fell to a narrow 2-1 loss when the sides last met back in November at Anfield.
Virgil van Dijk’s first-half double put Liverpool in charge, but Lewis Dunk scored with a free kick on 79 minutes. Despite an impressive late rally, Graham Potter’s men couldn’t find an equaliser.

Graham Potter confirmed that Jose Izquierdo remains the only other Albion player sidelined through injury. A decision will be made on Steven Alzate ahead of the game.
Potter said, “Jose Izquierdo is still some way away, he’ll be more for further in the future.
“We’re monitoring him [Steven Alzate] daily, we’ll have to make some decisions over him in the next few days.
“He looked like he was struggling slightly in training on Monday, so we’ll have to see.”
Andy Robertson and James Milner should both be fit for Liverpool on Wednesday night, but the Reds will be without the defensive duo of Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren.

The Liverpool player to watch…
Mohammed Salah’s 17 league goals from 29 starts this term make him Liverpool’s top scorer to date.
He last found the net in the 4-0 home win over Crystal Palace last month and registered his 100th Premier League goal involvement with his assist during Liverpool's 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Egyptian winger reached the landmark in his 116th appearance in the competition by cushioning a header back to Curtis Jones in the 89th minute for Liverpool’s second goal.
