When was your first game? What was the score? What can you remember about the game?

Sometime in 1967/68. I always thought it was against Gillingham so it could have been Boxing Day 1967 which we won 3-0? I used to get the football special bus from the Hikers Rest in Coldean with my dad. My first evening game was in 1969 against Wolves. We used to stand on the North West Terrace and I remember Howard Wilkinson being dumped on the cinder track right in front of me in one of my early games. For the Wolves game we were on the East Terrace and I couldn't wait to see Wolves' Derek Dougan, who was one of my heroes at the time.

Who was your first Albion idol?

No doubt.... Kit Napier!

What is your favourite Albion game and why?

The FA Cup semi-final against Sheffield Wednesday. It had everything including my favourite Albion goal from Jimmy Case.

Which season stands out as your favourite?

Promotion season in 1978/79 even though I missed the Newcastle game at the end when we won promotion.

Which are your favourite Albion home and away shirts?

The centenary home shirt and the red and black striped 'Skint' shirt.

What is your all-time Albion XI?

Peter Grummitt, Bruno. Lewis Dunk, Mark Lawrenson, Gary Stevens, Brian Horton, Vicente, Peter O'Sullivan Peter Ward, Bobby Zamora and Jimmy Case. Sub is Inigo Calderon to cover all positions!
